Auditions for The Michael O’Neal Singers and Chamber Singers

NOTE: Auditions for the 2011-2012 concert season will be held on Tuesdays in August 2011, for openings in all voice parts.  Please see below for more detail about auditions.

Auditions are held at Roswell UMC, and appointments are required. Please email staff@mosingers.com or call 770.594.7974 for more information about auditions, or to schedule an appointment to audition.

The Michael O’Neal Singers holds auditions each summer for positions in the full chorus for the following season (September – May).  Auditions are open to interested professional and amateur singers dedicated to achieving excellence in choral performance. The 15-minute auditions consists of range and tessitura checks, sight-reading, tonal memory, and possibly scales (major, minor, and chromatic). TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE CHAMBER SINGERS–you must have a prepared solo, preferably in a foreign language.

Rehearsals are held on Mondays from 7:00pm to 9:30pm.
