Arguably, no other combination of musical instrumentation sounds as joyous and brilliant as the marriage of choir and brass. What better way, then, to ring in the 25th MOS holiday season than by featuring the Atlanta Symphony Brass Quintet together with the MOS chorus? The Quintet makes its fifth appearance with MOS on this program of traditional English and American Christmas music. Composed of some of the finest brass players in the Southeast, the Quintet will perform individual selections, as well as join MOS on pieces both gloriously exciting and evocatively tranquil.
