The composer of Cats, Evita, Starlight Express, and Phantom of the Opera, Andrew Lloyd Webber is one of the most prolific and accessible
composers of the last quarter century.
The spiritual strain that flows through much of his music (Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Jesus Christ Superstar, among others) can be attributed to
the influence of his father, British church composer William Lloyd Webber.
