A World of Song - Friday, October 22, 2004, 8:00 PM in the Roswell UMC Sanctuary

Join The Michael O'Neal Singers as we launch our 2004-2005 concert season with A World of Song - The Michael O'Neal Singers A World of Song.  Folk music has been called the music of the people, and rightly so, for a country's folk music tells us much about its culture, values and history. The Michael O'Neal Singers and Chamber Singers open the 2004-2005 season with a program celebrating the music of many lands.  The 140-voice symphonic chorus and 16-voice professional ensemble will perform folk music from Asia, Eastern and Western Europe, Scandinavia, India, Israel, the West Indies and North America. Through the performance of this music, you can hear and experience the universality of the hopes and desires of peoples of many nations, and the unique and individual ways in which these hopes and desires are expressed.

Before you buy your ticket for this concert, consider the MOS Gold Package .  With this series subscription, you can create your own season!   A MOS Gold Package consists of five or more Gold Passes to performances in the 2004-2005 season, similar to the old season ticket.  However, a Gold Pass can be used at your discretion for the date and venue of your choice!
