RE: 2002-2003 Season and Audition/Membership Information
Recognizing that music is essential to the human spirit, the purpose of The Michael O'Neal Singers is to enrich the quality of life in our community
through performances of choral repertoire which is interesting and enjoyable to the audience and challenging and rewarding for the singers.
The Michael O'Neal Singers, a symphonic chorus of 150 auditioned voices, performs a diverse repertoire of choral music ranging from masterworks to
popular standards. The singers range in experience from dedicated amateur musicians to veteran professional singers. The full chorus performs four concerts annually as a part of the MOS annual subscription series.
The Michael O'Neal Chamber Singers has been hailed by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution as "the finest small chorus to emerge in more than a
decade". In addition to performances on the MOS series, this professional chamber ensemble appears on concert series at area colleges, and for corporate and civic events.
