Dress Rehearsal Wednesday, April 23, 2003, is the mandatory dress rehearsal. Please be there by 6:00 p.m. The Dress Rehearsal is
scheduled to run from 7 to 10 p.m. WEAR DARK CLOTHES FOR THE DRESS REHEARSAL.
Program From Mozart's Requiem, in this order: Introitus Hostias Domine Jesu Tuba Mirum Confutatis Rex Tremendae
Introitus (with cut:first 7 bars of into, then directly to measure 34 where basses come in on "Requiem") Dies Irae Lacrimosa
Scores There will be scores to use at the FOX, that preassembled with everything in the correct order. I don't think there are
enough scores for everyone to use for the dress rehearsal, so you probably want to bring your own for Wednesday night.

Parking At the April 21, 2003 rehearsal, Dan Allcott handed out parking permits for the BellSouth Parking deck, and maps to take you from BellSouth to the stage door of the Fox. If you
need a permit, please make arrangements to come by the music office at RUMC and get one. They are reusable; i.e. you just need one for the whole weekend. MARTA is encouraged-
-especially on Sunday, when there will be a bike race running through downtown part of the day. Atlanta Ballet personnel will keep us informed of traffic situations as they arise, but
you are also encouraged to monitor downtown traffic to avoid being caught in it and arriving late for your call time.
Concert Attire Long-sleeved solid opaque black. NOT tuxes or suits with white shirts! No sequins, shimmery stuff, glittery jewelry, etc.
The idea is blend in with the background, obviously. Everyone needs to bring a BLACK FOLDER for their music.
Entrance You need to enter at the Fox stage door which is on the Ponce de Leon St. side of the Fox Theater. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR MOS NAME TAG WITH YOU FOR ADMISSION INTO THE STAGE
DOOR OF THE FOX.
Personal Items Try not to bring a lot of belongings with you. Keep your essential things with you backstage as you rehearse before
each performance; they will be placed in a locked room right before you go on stage, and may be retrieved directly afterward.
Concert Etiquette No perfume, cologne, aftershave, stinky hairspray etc. Unscented deodorant would be appreciated by your fellow
singers, I'm sure. Watch Dan, especially his left hand, at all times while performing. Many of his cues will be based on what the dancers are doing, so he will be looking at them but
cueing US. DO NOT WATCH THE DANCERS. Dan encouraged us to purchase tickets for a performance we're not participating in, if we want to see the ballet.
Attending a Concert If you want to see the second half of a performance you are singing in, you must purchase a ticket for that performance.
You will not be able to move from backstage directly to the house seating; you will have to exit the stage door at intermission and come in the front doors of the Fox with a ticket.
