December 13, 2000 Dear Friends, Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. What a wonderful Christmas Concert you presented on December 1! The crowd was enormous, with approximately 1800 people in attendance, and your performance was nearly flawless. (Note the word nearly.) You are obviously responsible for the beautiful music, but I also know that our crowd would never have been so large without many of you working so hard selling tickets. Please know how much I personally appreciate your dedication to the MOS. We'll be holding mid-season auditions during the second week of January, so please inform your talented friends (especially tenors and basses) to call the MOS office for an audition time. Have a blessed and joyous holiday season and begin to think BACH! I'll see most of you at the workshop on Saturday, January 13 and all of you at the first rehearsal on Monday, January 22.
