MOS Wraps Up 10th Anniversary Season With Recap of the 20th Century's Best America Sings! Songs of the 20th Century

The curtain lowers on the 10th Anniversary season as The Michael O'Neal Singers
present a sampler of American choral music rising from the 20th Century American landscape. With a variety of repertoire representing the very best of serious and popular compositions from the last century,
the program features favorites that will appeal to listeners of all ages and tastes.
Here are a few of the composers and compositions featured in America Sings!
- original compositions by such American composers as Aaron Copland, Leonard Bernstein, Samuel Barber, and Randall Thompson
- an entertaining medley of George Gershwin tunes;
- 20th century settings of American folksongs and spirituals.
