MOS Adds Two New CDs To Its Line-Up Highlights of The Creation & Songs of the South Recordings Now Available
The two newest additions to the MOS CD line-up are now available exclusively through the Michael O'Neal Singers office.
Highlights from The Creation, performed by the combined Michael O'Neal Singers and Roswell UMC Choir, and Songs of the South, the popular Spring 1998 MOS concert are available in compact disc and
cassette tape format. The CDs sell for $15.00 each and the cassette tapes are $10.00 each.
Highlights of The Creation, by Franz Joseph Haydn, features the Georgia Sinfonia and the solo performances by Arietha Lockhart, Oliver Sueing and
David Rice. The recording includes all of the choruses from the work and selected solos.
Songs of the South reveals the incredible range of musicianship that makes the MOS the fastest growing classical music organization in the deep south
today. The recording is highlighted by haunting spirituals, lovely Stephen Foster melodies and the rousing gospel finale featuring "Who'll Be A Witness For My Lord ," and "Daniel."
