MOS invited to perform
with Atlanta Ballet
When the Atlanta Ballet recently presented its Transcendence  performances at the Fox Theatre in April, members of The Michael O'Neal Singers were also on stage providing the choral accompaniment for the
Mozart Requiem featured on the program. Forty-eight singers from MOS comprised the chorus at each of the six performances, under the
direction of Atlanta Ballet Music Director Dan Allcott. All members of the chorus were given the opportunity to sing at least one performance, and many singers participated in multiple
performances. The Michael O'Neal Singers performed Mozart's Requiem on its concert season in March of this year, and were delighted to receive the invitation from the
Ballet to serve as the guest chorus on the April performances.
