MOS Seeks Executive Director

The Michael O'Neal Singers, Inc., an established symphonic chorus and professional chamber chorus located in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a full time (30 hours weekly) Executive Director. Requirements for the position include:

• College degree and three years or more of demonstrated success in managing a performing arts organization
• Experience in performing arts, particularly choral arts, is preferred
• Ability to work effectively with a Board of Directors, Artistic Director, staff, donors, production resources and volunteers
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to set priorities and carry out both short and long-term plans
• Development and fundraising skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
