* All New York tour participants are expected to take part in the Roswell
performance of the Schubert Mass in G. Performance week rehearsals are mandatory. Participants should attend a minimum of four rehearsals prior to
the May 15 rehearsal, and are encouraged to attend as many rehearsals as needed to be comfortable with the music. No Schubert rehearsals on Thursday, April 20 (Maundy Thursday) or Monday, May 8 (MOS Dress).

Concert Dress You will need a black folder for the performance. Men:
Standard concert dress – tuxedo, black tie & cummerbund, black shoes & socks. Women: Black dress, or long-sleeved black blouse and black skirt (tea-length
or longer) or slacks, black hose and shoes. Wear comfortable shoes.

Flight A: 70 passengers (Continental) May 25 – Depart Atlanta on CO 1244 at 10:44am; arrive Newark at 12:53pm
May 29 – Depart Newark on CO 1259 at 6:45pm; arrive Atlanta at 9:34pm
Flight B: 64 passengers (Delta AirLines) May 25 – Depart Atlanta on DL 458 at 11:00am; arrive Newark at 1:20pm May 29 – Depart Newark on DL 1170 at 3:30pm; arrive Atlanta at 5:56pm
Flight C: 40 passengers (Delta AirLines) May 25 – Depart Atlanta on DL 322 at 12 noon; arrive
Newark at 2:18pm May 29 – Depart Newark on DL 1245 at 7:30pm; arrive Atlanta at 9:55pm
** A list to indicate your 1st and 2nd choice preference of flight packages (A,
B, or C) will be available at rehearsal. Important: You cannot combine flights from different packages. Please list your Delta Frequent Flyer number, if you have one. If you are not a Delta
Frequent Flyer, please consider the Continental package (A) as your first choice. Reminder: Flight preferences will be honored when possible. The group must be divided between those flights listed.
Payment, Flight, & Rooming Information (Revised 02-14-00) Flight and Rooming Lists must be submitted to Mid-America on Friday, March 3 with the payment.
- The March 3 payment is $722 per person for participants taking the land + air package.
- Those people taking the land package only will pay $449 per person.
- The balance for those requesting accommodations other than quads will be due in May. That balance is determined by type of accommodations
and any flight/lodging deviations.
- Checks should be made out to RUMC Sanctuary Choir.
- A rooming list will be posted at rehearsal, so that you may confirm or finalize your rooming arrangement. Staff will be available to help those
people who need assistance with finalizing rooming arrangements. If no choice is indicated by the deadline for submitting the rooming list, we will assign roommates based upon occupancy preference
All variations from the standard package (special flight arrangements, hotel requests for early/extended stays, etc.), requests for additional
Carnegie tickets, and/or requests for additional cruise tickets must be given to Lisa Stover or Jeannie Lewis in writing. This is for your protection!
Carnegie Hall Performance Tickets Each non-performer taking the package will get his/her own concert ticket.
Information about the purchase of additional concert tickets will be passed along when available.
Cruise Tickets
- Each package participant, performer or non-performer, will receive a ticket for the harbor cruise after the concert.
- There are cruise tickets available for purchase on a first-come, first served basis for your guests. The cost of the cruise, the buffet supper,
bus from the concert hall or hotel to the pier and back to the hotel is $59. Please make checks payable to MidAmerica Productions and mail
them directly to the MidAmerica office, along with a note specifically explaining the concert date, the cruise date, the number of tickets requested, and the name of the performing group you are associated with. Please copy your request to Lisa or Jeannie. These tickets will
then be given to the director in New York for distribution.
