This summer, MOS offers an ONLINE version of its 20th Summer Singers program. This summer’s repertoire includes choral selections that have stood the test of time and are “essential” repertoire for well-rounded choral singers and listeners. The first version of Essential Choral Classics was performed by MOSS in 2015; Part 2 consists of repertoire not included in the 2015 performance. Scroll down to view the full list of this summer’s repertoire. Consisting of video recordings of Summer Singers rehearsals from June 10 – July 27, 2024, and a video concert performance experience with orchestra, this program provides participants, wherever they are, the opportunity to rehearse the music along with the in-person MOS Summer chorus. All registered singers will receive links to the marked scores, audio part-learning aids, and access to a special MOS ONLINE: Essential Choral Classics Concert recording. The program also includes “MOS Connects”– periodic live Zoom social times when ONLINE singers can chat, visit, and discuss choral music. The participation fee for MOS ONLINE: Essential Choral Classics is $40.
